Agile ways of working

| Scania, SEB, Combient |

Together with Scania and SEB, we invite you to Combient Summit #5 on May 6, running virtually on the theme Agile ways of working.

Beyond the buzz, what are the benefits of working agile? What do we need to move towards structural agility across the organization? How do we go from insight to wisdom?

Creating agile ways of working across the organization is a topic that we’ve had many requests on. With this summit, we spotlight where companies in the network are on the agile journey and how we can move forward faster by learning from others. You can expect to get a tangible goodie-bag to bring back home after this session.

The afternoon will be moderated by Johan Harvard and Camilla Lund, Relationship Managers at Combient.

Come and think with us on May 6th at 13:00 - 15:30 CET.

    Wrapping up the summit

Learn more about agile before the summit

Read the interview with two Stefan from SEB and Håkan from Scania — Listen to the podcast episode for the full conversation.

“The benefit of agile working is fast and continuous value delivery according to end-user needs. Innovative solutions created by self-organizing and motivated teams. Delegation poker and delegation board are great tools to clarify who’s responsible for what and to what level. This method encourages employee engagement through controlled self-organization and clarified value and decision-making. This summit is an exciting opportunity to talk about opportunities and difficulties with agile transformation of a large company,” says Håkan Kleijn, Agile Coach at Scania.

"Agile, on an enterprise level, is about delivering user and customer value horizontally, across organizational boundaries, through the complexity of tech, business and organizational reality - not to survive but to thrive! A good start is to grab a cup of coffee to go see, meet and learn about the people and processes that are part of the same value stream as you are. This summit will provide an open environment to recognize your challenges, get provoked on how to address some of your common potential and hopefully get something concrete to bring home to your own team and work tomorrow morning," says Stefan Davill, Operative Sponsor Agile Transformation at SEB.
